Settlement of a garden, 1930
On October 28, 1914 ‘Abd al-Razzaq from Shiraz transfers three sixths of a garden known as Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn Qarib in Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz. According to a different agreement, on February 22, 1917, one third of the mentioned property [one sixth of the garden] was settled to Haji Asad Allah and Khanum Mah, the wife of Karbalayi Haji (Haji Haydar ‘Ali's son). Two settlements and two records of transfer of properties: 1-On March 28, 1899, Agha Baygum, the daughter of Haji Mirza ‘Ali Akbar from Khurasan and the wife of Haji Mirza Yahya (the overseer of Khafrak and Marvdasht) sells some properties, including the farm near Marvdasht, to Aqa Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi for one hundred and thirty tumans. In August, 1897, [Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi] writes that he has performed this transaction on behalf of his wife, Bibi Saltanat Khanum. Settlement between Firdaws Khanum and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Karbali, 1931
Firdaws Khanum, the daughter of Abu al-Fath Sarabi and the wife of Sayyid Javad Karbali, sells one-sixth of a house located in the Miyah Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Karbali, the son of Sayyid Muhammad Husayn known as Sayyid Aqa Karbali, in exchange for forty tumans. This property was part of Firdaws Khanum's mahr and she maintained the right to sell. On the margin, Sayyid Javad Karbali has confirmed this and verified the transaction.

Settlement of Fakhr al-Sadat with Haji Mahdiquli Amir Qasimi, 1928
Settlement of Fakhr al-Sadat, daughter of Haji Mirza Musa Khan Vakil al-Raʻaya and wife of Mirza Karim Khan, on August 17, 1928, in which she has settled some properties in Dihkhavariqan with Haji Mahdiquli Amir Qasimi for 450 tumans. On the margin it is mentioned that Fakhr al-Sadat has also received some candy from Tabriz. She also confirms receiving 450 tumans, of which Mahdiquli Khan was informed, and that her husband, Mirza Karim, was present at the meeting.

Copy of the settlement between Mashhadi ‘Ali Kurah-paz [the tile maker], son of Mashhadi Haji Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, and Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of Mulla Ahmad Nayrizi, over a house located at Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz for five hundred tumans. The permanent wife of the seller witnessed this settlement, and confirmed she had no rights to the property.
